The land of Ice & Fire once again proves it is the number one spot for a destination wedding film.
I’ve been very lucky over the years to have visited Iceland on numerous occasions to film weddings for couples who love a bit of adventure and want something truly unique for their epic Iceland wedding video.
When the amazing Sigga at Pink Iceland told me she had the perfect couple looking for an epic Iceland wedding film I was pretty much booking my flights before we had finished the call.
After meeting Stef & Dean on a Zoom call I knew we were destined to have a seriously good time. One of the most fun, easy-going, and good-hearted couples I have ever had the pleasure of working with. People I can now call friends

Arriving a day early at the Hotel Budir I joined everyone on a nearby beach for a fiery welcome party. Such a great way to not only establish the story of Stef & Dean’s wedding but meet and hang out with friends & family who I will be with for the whole journey. I can safely say that I was warmly welcomed!
On the wedding day, all the morning preparations took place at the Hotel Budir which is situated next to the famous Black Church. A morning of seas swimming for the boys (too cold for me!) while the girls enjoyed bubble and a leisurely getting ready.
The ceremony took place at Snæfellsnes waterfall. A place so epic that you have probably seen it in many TV shows and films.
Stef & Dean choose the wonderful Kristin Maria to photograph their day. She was kind enough to drive me around all day. Which meant I could enjoy a shot or two with the couple!!
