Looking back to a summer before Covid and the wonderful Wiltshire barn wedding of Milly & Richard.
In the stunning medieval town of Bradford-on-Avon stands the ancient Tithe barn. An incredible English Heritage property dating back to the 11th century. On the grounds of the bar by the river, Avon Milly & Richard hosted a quintessential summer garden party for their friends & family. Cream tea, bunting, lawn games and a Gin bar. A great time was had by all!
What made this film extra special is that Milly is my sister-in-law. It was such a privilege and honour to be able to create this film for her and Richard. Although working the cameras while juggling G&Ts and cake presented its own challenges! HAHA.
Towards the end of the day and a stunning sunset we managed to sneak off for 15 minutes to capture some glorious couple moments. With the wonderful Matt Fox Photography capturing that golden hour goodness. The light coming down through the woods, across the meadows and rivers was breathtaking. It really made an already incredible day that much more special.
I recommend to all of my couples that they schedule some time for just them to have a little wander while myself and the photographer get some natural, unposed, shots of just the two of you. It will make all the difference!

Suppliers who joined me for this beautiful Wiltshire barn wedding.
Filming a wedding closer to home is very special to me. As much as I like to travel to shoot wedding videos, the UK has an incredible amount of stunning locations. This Wiltshire barn wedding being a great example of a lesser-known pocket of the country that is ideal for weddings.
